(TRICK & TIPS) untuk ke Maldives dengan murah

Maldives Trip Tips!
1. Accommodation.
Dekat Maldives ada je hotel/guesthouse yang affordable. We will stay in Maafushi Island. Dekat situ banyak affordable resorts and guest houses. Tapi if resort macam hasil google yang anda inginkan, takde masalah. Sediakan lah few thousands USD PER NIGHT for your accommodation budget. Tp dekat Maafushi ni ada resort yg sangat best which is Arena Beach Resort (depan private beach)

2. Flight tix.
Dari Malaysia ke Male, dulu cuma ada MAS je direct flight. Tu pun mahal. So we chose Tiger Air. Tiger Air ni takde direct flight dari KL ke Male, so kena transit ke Singapore before flying to Male. Quite a hassle la sikit, tapi dapat jugak jalan jalan kat Singapore within the transit time tu.
KUL - SG: 1 hour
SG - MALE: 4.5 hours
Tapi sekarang dah ada Air Asia kan. Direct flight. Sabar je lah dlm tu tidur kejap 4jam lebih ok je kan.
3. Currency.
Maldives guna Maldivian Rufiya as dia punya currency. Tapi if dari Malaysia nak tukar ke Rufiya, memang susah or close to impossible nak dapat. So, tukar je your money to USD sebab it is widely accepted there. If nak duit rufiya for small things like snacks and souvenirs, boleh tukar from USD to Rufiya dekat bandar Male or Airport Male. Approximately, 1 USD: 15rufiya. Tp suggested bwk je usd lagi senang nk deal and kita pun xpening.
4. Makanan.
In Maafushi, food costs about 3 - 10USD. Some places in Maafushi have buffet spread for dinner costing about 10USD to 15USD. But on top of that, still kena bayar service charge and tax on the food dalam 10% - 20%. If convert, mahal jugak lah food dekat sana. Not blaming them sebab semua makanan dekat islands tu are brought from main island. That's why harga mahal sikit. So how to save? Bawak lah Maggi dan Brahim dalam bag. At least dapat save 2 - 3 meal time ok lah kan. Still, don't miss out to explore the local foods there.
Disclaimer: Food price is subjective to where you're staying and where you're eating. So the food price at other islands might vary with what I'm paying last time.

5. Culture
Dekat sana, 100% maldivian adalah Islam. So kalau stay local island tk pyh bimbang dh semua halal. Alcohol is not allowed there. Kalau private island which is the owner maybe from Sri Lanka & etc yang tu ada alcohol & non halal food & drinks. Tapi orang-orang diaaa sangat baik!

So based on my experience pergi sana dah empat kali, mmg Maldives ni buat kita ketagih! Kalau p sorang or dua orang costing agak mahal lah sbb kami ni suka naik yang private speedboat tu. sbb yg public ferry tu slow & pening skit. So nk save time kena la keluar duit skit.
